ERP modernization
Industry ERP Conversion
Industry-specific ERP conversion and adaptation for operational go-lives.

Background & Context
Manufacturing and agribusiness operators often already run a mature ERP database—years of chart of accounts, customers, inventory, and HR data—while the UI stack ages. A full greenfield rewrite risks breaking production; doing nothing leaves teams on slow ASP.NET MVC screens and shadow spreadsheets. Agrimore ERP faced exactly that tension.
Tekvers is modernizing Agrimore ERP incrementally: shared SQL Server (agrimoreerp) remains authoritative while selected screens move from legacy ASP.NET MVC BlocksERP (.NET Framework, EDMX) onto a new .NET 8 Web API (Erp.Api, EF Core, JWT, Swagger) and Next.js admin UI (erp-frontend). Migrated areas include users, user types/roles, companies, businesses, admin emails, documents upload, cost centers, chart of accounts levels 1–3, and account details. Sale, Purchase, Inventory, HRM, Production, Cheque, Services, vouchers, posting workflows, and most financial reports remain legacy-only per the Accounts migration checklist. The agrimoreerp/ folder in the workspace is a .bak backup only—not application source.
The Challenge
Off-the-shelf or aging ERP screens no longer matched how plant and commercial teams work, but a big-bang rewrite on a live SQL Server ERP would be too risky—so conversion had to be incremental and checklist-driven. Without a coherent erp modernization foundation, Industry ERP Conversion stakeholders faced fragmented tools, slow handoffs, and limited visibility—classic failure modes Tekvers designs against.
The Solution
Industry ERP Conversion: Industry-specific ERP conversion and adaptation for operational go-lives. ERP modernization without a risky big-bang cutover. Tekvers delivered a maintainable erp modernization system for Industry ERP Conversion using .NET 8, Next.js, SQL Server, ASP.NET MVC, with phased rollout, operator workflows, and documentation suited to long-term ownership.
Our Approach
Process and checklist capture
An explicit Accounts migration checklist tracks Done vs Todo so stakeholders see honest progress—users/COA/cost centers migrated; vouchers, posting, and statements still legacy.
Targeted conversion on shared schema
New API and UI rewrite selected screens against the existing SQL Server ERP schema rather than inventing a parallel database—preserving operational history while modernizing the worst friction points first.
Adoption over rewrite theater
Legacy Areas keep running for unmigrated domains so go-live is continuous. Teams keep selling, purchasing, and posting in BlocksERP until those modules clear the checklist—not until a marketing “fully migrated” claim.
