Services and engagement scope

Website content describes our capabilities in general terms. It is not an offer or a fixed quotation. Every engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, or proposal that defines the scope, deliverables, timeline, acceptance criteria, and fees.

Where these terms conflict with a signed agreement for a specific project, that agreement takes precedence.

Quotes, fees, and payment

Estimates provided before a signed agreement are indicative and may change once requirements are fully defined. Fees, payment schedules, currency, and any expenses are set out in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice, and we may pause work on materially overdue accounts.

Client responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on collaboration. You agree to provide:

• Accurate requirements and timely decisions or approvals
• Necessary access to systems, accounts, assets, and stakeholders
• Rights or licenses for any content, data, or third-party material you supply
• Prompt feedback during review and acceptance cycles

Intellectual property

All content on this website—text, design, branding, code samples, and case studies—belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

For client work, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to you on full payment, as defined in your engagement agreement. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and general know-how, and grant you a license to use them as embedded in your deliverables.

Third-party services

Our solutions often integrate third-party platforms such as hosting, payment, messaging, or AI providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and use it only for the purpose of the engagement. Case studies we publish are anonymized unless you give written approval to be named.

Warranties and disclaimers

We deliver services with reasonable skill and care consistent with professional industry practice. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, this website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from error.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable agreement. On termination you remain liable for work performed and expenses incurred up to the termination date. We may suspend access to this website at any time for maintenance, security, or misuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction, unless your signed engagement agreement specifies a different governing law and venue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
