HB Sub Noor project preview

Background & Context

HB Sub Noor Industries is a Lahore manufacturer/supplier of PP/PET packaging straps and strapping machinery. The brand needed a modern corporate site that looked intentional—product detail pages, company/services narrative, educational blog—without splitting SEO equity across www and non-www hosts or shipping an unused CMS.

Tekvers built a Next.js 16 / React 19 site with TypeScript, Tailwind, Framer Motion, GSAP, Lucide, and react-markdown. Live origin in code is https://www.hbsubnoor.com. Product catalog covers four strap variants and two machines on dedicated routes; a 26-article blog corpus lives in blog-data.ts. SEO foundations include sitemap.ts, robots.ts, manifest.ts, OG/Twitter image routes, product JSON-LD helpers, and middleware that 301-redirects apex hbsubnoor.com to www. An llms.txt endpoint (GET /api/llms-txt) supports LLM crawlers.

Contact form UI alerts locally and does not POST to a server; mailto to info@strapack.com.pk is shown in contact info. Content is static TypeScript/React—no database CMS. Motion (Framer Motion, GSAP, AnimateOnScroll, preloader) adds presence without replacing the SEO basics.

The Challenge

A packaging-strap manufacturer needed professional product and corporate presentation with correct canonical URLs and modern motion—without splitting crawl equity across www hosts or overbuilding a CMS. Without a coherent corporate business website foundation, HB Sub Noor stakeholders faced fragmented tools, slow handoffs, and limited visibility—classic failure modes Tekvers designs against.

The Solution

HB Sub Noor: SEO-correct corporate site with www canonical redirects and motion-led brand presentation. SEO-correct corporate site with professional animations and branding. Tekvers delivered a maintainable corporate business website system for HB Sub Noor using Next.js, Framer Motion, GSAP, Tailwind CSS, with phased rollout, operator workflows, and documentation suited to long-term ownership.

Our Approach

  1. Canonical and redirect strategy

Middleware 301-redirects non-www to www; `next.config` permanently redirects `/home` → `/`; `SITE_ORIGIN` canonicalizes metadata to `https://www.hbsubnoor.com` so equity consolidates on one host.

  2. Product and education IA

Product hub plus six detail routes, company/about/services/contact layouts, and a markdown-rendered blog corpus give Pakistan buyers both commercial and educational paths.

  3. Motion with SEO scaffolding

Framer Motion and GSAP sequences reinforce brand hierarchy while sitemap, robots, OG/Twitter images, product JSON-LD, and `llms.txt` keep discoverability first-class.
