GSAP and Framer Motion brand site with scroll-driven storytelling.

Motion Brand Website project preview

Background & Context

Premium agency brands need a first scroll that feels cinematic—motion as hierarchy, not decoration—while staying a single maintainable marketing surface. Under D:\Projects\slabs (npm package name slabs), Tekvers built the Synovo Labs agency presentation site: Next.js 15 App Router, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS 3.4, GSAP 3.12, and Framer Motion 11. The same visual asset family powers the Synovo Labs portfolio entry (/images/synovo-labs.png).

The product in-repo is the website UI only—one homepage route with hash section anchors. It markets AI development, web/mobile engineering, video/graphics, SEO, games, and medical billing in on-page copy. It does not contain those delivery systems, a CMS, analytics SDKs, or a working contact API. Packages such as lenis and @tsparticles/* appear in package.json but are not imported under src/.

The Challenge

Static brochure layouts failed to communicate agency energy; heavy animation demos often sacrifice structure. The brand needed a motion-led single-page site with real section storytelling—without inventing backend services implied by marketing copy.

The Solution

Motion Brand Website: GSAP and Framer Motion brand site with scroll-driven storytelling. Memorable first-viewport brand presence with video hero and GSAP entrance. Tekvers delivered a maintainable animated marketing site system for Motion Brand Website using Next.js, GSAP, Framer Motion, TypeScript, with phased rollout, operator workflows, and documentation suited to long-term ownership.

Our Approach

  1. Motion as structure

Preloader waits for window load + hero video readiness (7s fallback) then GSAP-exits; hero uses full-screen `/videohero.mp4`; services use desktop flip cards and scroll-scale; technology and how-it-works use custom auto-advance carousels.

  2. Hardcoded content model

Six service cards, five portfolio blurbs (Litter Busters, Snake Encounters, Level Head Contracting, Martin’s Pressure Washing, James Wholesale Homes), filtered testimonials, and Why Choose Us stats (100+ / 50+ / 5+ / 15+) live in section components—no CMS.

  3. Scope honesty

Contact form and many footer/legal links (`href="#"`) are non-functional by design for this release; unused 3D helpers exist on disk but are not mounted.
