Food trading e-commerce

Wingz Impex

Wingz Impex project preview

Background & Context

Wingz Impex operates in food trading e-commerce. Before this build, teams relied on fragmented tools and manual coordination that slowed delivery, limited visibility, and made scaling harder as demand grew.

The Challenge

A food trading business needed an online product catalog with supplier management and quote requests via a custom admin panel.

Our Approach

Classic 3-tier e-commerce: Next.js storefront, React admin dashboard, and Express API with product/category/supplier management.

  1. Discovery & architecture

We mapped stakeholders, workflows, and constraints for Wingz Impex, then defined a pragmatic architecture that balanced speed-to-market with long-term maintainability.

  2. Iterative build & integration

Classic 3-tier e-commerce: Next.js storefront, React admin dashboard, and Express API with product/category/supplier management.

  3. Hardening & launch

We validated performance, security, and operational readiness before go-live—documenting handoffs so internal teams could own the platform after launch.

What We Delivered
